Whimsy Whoo Shipping & Pre-Order Policy
At Whimsy Whoo, we want to get your NWA favorites into your hands as quickly as possible! Please review our shipping standards below to understand how your order is processed.
1. Standard Fulfillment
• Processing Time: For all in-stock items, we aim to ship orders within 1 business day.
• Shipping Methods: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information.
• Local Pickup: If you selected local pickup, your order will typically be ready for you at our Fayetteville shop within 24 hours.
2. Pre-Order & "On-Order" Items
We often offer the ability to secure our most popular styles before they arrive at our shop.
• Estimated Timelines: Shipping windows for pre-order items are listed directly on the product page. These dates are estimates provided by our manufacturers and are subject to change due to production or transit delays.
• Payment: Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase to reserve your size and item.
• Cancellations: Pre-orders are processed immediately to secure your inventory; therefore, they follow our standard return/cancellation policy.
3. Split Shipments (The "Get It Faster" Rule)
Unlike many shops, we don't want you waiting for your favorite in-stock pieces!
• Our Policy: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will typically split your shipment.
• Timeline: We will ship your in-stock items immediately. Your pre-order items will follow in a separate package as soon as they arrive at the shop.
• Exceptions: If a pre-order item is expected to arrive within a very short window of your order date, we may hold the full order to ship together.
4. Delivery & Tracking
• Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Whimsy Whoo is no longer responsible for the package. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address if you have concerns about porch safety.
