Refund policy
Items may be returned in-store or by mail at the address listed below. Returns will only be accepted on items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, odor free and with tags still attached. For items returned within 7 days of purchase in-store or 7 days of receipt of original order shipment, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. We will gladly issue a store credit for merchandise returned after the 7 days, if returned within 30 days of purchase.
ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS PURCHASED ARE A FINAL SALE. Intimates, jewelry, home/gift items and eyewear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once orders are shipped they should be received within 2-7 business days. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday or USPS exceptions beyond our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please contact us at hello@shopwhimsywhoo.com if your package is lost or stolen, and we will be happy to assist you in locating your package. You can also log onto www.usps.com to file a missing package or damaged package claim.
